Finswimming is designed to help swimmers have fun as well as to improve their swimming skills while using fins and mono-fins. The course will teach you how to swim like a mermaid.
Finswimming provides great resistance training, strengthening core muscles and kicking power. In all aquatic and sub-aquatic activities, finswimming will refine kicking technique and boost performance. This class introduces you to finswimming, the types of fins used, and the drills and conditioning methods for improving speed.
The course will teach the health and safety benefits of finswimming and a variety of finswimming skills with plenty of water time. Kids or adults will also be encouraged to join competitions at interschool, age-group, and national levels. Training intensity will increase as we help you push past your limits and realize your goals.
